I love reading and writing in all its forms, so a good portion of this website is devoted to reviewing books from other authors. I give preference to indie authors and those who publish with small presses, but I will consider reviewing authors from more mainstream publishing houses as well. I do require physical copies for review and I am most likely to accept requests for subjects I am interested in, such as children’s books, young adult fiction, poetry collections or novels-in-verse and non-fiction books about social issues (especially parenting, foster parenting and adoption books).
Also, although I do not charge for reviews, I do offer authors the opportunity to make a donation if they so desire. Please be assured that whether you choose to make a donation or not, it will not affect my review of your book. Any money donated goes to help pay for the maintenance and promotion of this website or to support children’s literature in some way. I promote my book reviews widely across many social networks and am also willing to post the reviews on Amazon, B&N, Smashwords and Goodreads if the author requests it.

Please include in the email a short description of the genre and subject matter of the book you want reviewed. I can’t accept all review requests, so please do not be offended if I have to turn you down.
