Sending you hugs. I can’t even like this post, because I can feel your pain. From one cat lover to another and especially as my last cat had cancer too. Xx

Take it by each day. Cats are family at the end of the day. Xx

I had to put down as they say, my cat when he was 13 years old. Stay strong i pray for you now.

Yeah, we’ve had to put down two others, but those were more “emergency situations” and not scheduled like this which makes it kind of weirder for me.

Yes, that awful goodbye and the knowledge that our own caring is not easy.

Yeah, it is weird to have it scheduled and just be waiting. I feel weird looking at him knowing how short his time is left.

Yes, I agree, it is weird, I never like it.

I’m so sorry. I lost my dog last January to cancer and it’s heartbreaking not being able to talk to them about it. Sounds weird to say that I guess. Sending you big hugs.

Thank you. I’ll be glad when tomorrow is over. Hopefully then I can start healing.

This is awful. I’m so, so sorry. Will be thinking of you & Spyder today. I know they’d say “you’re doing the best for him, taking away his pain”, but it doesn’t feel like that when you’re taking them to the vets and letting them go. It just hurts like hell. Sending love ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Thank you so much. Am struggling for sure. We take him soon to get it done. My husband is having a really hard time too.

I am sorry to read this… .
I also love cats as I am a cat owner and care about them deeply.
God will bless you with a new cat that will replace the one that you lost! 😦

Yeah, it was tough. I am glad Spyder is out of pain now though. He was suffering and that is not what I would have wanted for him.

I understand.
My parents did the same thing, but for my dog a long time ago, I was about 10 years at that time.
It was a great dog that took care of our house and was a great companion so we had to end his pain and called in the doctor.
Now he is buried in the back of the house and a great tree has raised in the place were we buried him. I will always miss that dog!
