Best CBD Creams for Pain

As my regular readers know, occasionally I will partner with another company or website to share information that I feel may genuinely help some of my audience. Today, I’m sharing this post from AgingInPlace about the Top 10 Best CBD Creams for Pain – Top Picks for Seniors.

I know many of my readers do suffer from chronic pain and are senior citizens, so I thought maybe this information might help some of you. Of course, I am not yet a senior citizen, but I have still found that CBD has helped my own pain quite a bit. It can be intimidating at first to know which CBD company to give a try (there are simply SO many out there!), so hopefully this resource can help narrow down the choices.

If you have experience using any of these products or just CBD in general, feel free to chime in and tell us how it worked for you in the comments!

Hi! I am an artist, author, and blogger who also happens to have Asperger’s Syndrome. I have won several awards and honors for my writings and artwork. I suffer from a few severe mental illness and chronic pain conditions (Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Fibromyalgia, CFS/ME, Ehlers Danlos, Degenerative Disc Disease, etc.), which greatly affects my life and makes me want to advocate for others going through similar things. Other interests of mine include reading, writing, drawing, watching cartoons and movies, collecting toys, hanging out with my family, and annoying my 3 cats.

  1. I started using a CBD oil about 6 months ago. I’d gotten several samples from different companies for a small ‘handling’ fee, and found that I like what cbdMD offers. I use it daily, without fail, and it has helped sustained me of being pain-free in my hips along with some adjustment work by a chiropractor. I don’t know how creams would work, as ingesting the oil is quick and easy. cbdMD offers a ‘natural’ flavor oil, which is tasteless, so I put it in my coffee in the morning and whatever I’m drinking (I don’t drink alcohol) in the evening. For anyone who suffers chronic pain (especially we old folk), I would definitely suggest adding CBD to your self-treatment in whatever form works for you!

    1. Thanks for sharing your experience and thoughts! I’ve used oral CBD and the creams and did find that both helped some. I think taking it orally helps more for widespread and body-wide pain and the creams are good for localized muscle/joint area pain (like lidocaine or other kinds of topical pain relief).
